They clearly haven't learnt how to scale properly as a few times I've tried to use it their systems were getting hammered and it took a while for stuff to load. I think a sprint or two to sort out performance is required. They don't have an automatic cut off for shops not accepting orders. I.E. I ordered from one shop, after 30 mins of it not being accepted I went to somewhere else assuming it would be auto cancelled since the shop didn't accept in time. It wasn't I ended up with my order from two different shops.
Any other grips I have are with shops which is beyond their control. For the whole part their service is easy to use and you can generally get pretty good customer service from these chaps.
