Ordered a Samsung fridge freezer for an amazing price with free delivery for Monday 21st. Unfortunately we had awful snow I assumed the delivery driver woukd probably be cancelled. Called customer service who were so helpful and told me he would def be there maybe a tad late but no matter what he would deliver. They were also able to tell me that I would be later in the day giving me a chance to pop out without worrying that I'd miss the delivery. True to their word the delivery guy arrived with a phone call before hand too and before 6 pm which was earlier than I thought!
