I was having difficulty ordering online so I had to email customer services. A charming young man rang me back and sorted my order over the phone. He explained that the item I wanted was reserved which was why I couldn't get it first time round. He said they were about to alter the system so you know if something is reserved. Achica have now done this and give you a time frame so you know when to check back. The products (bed linen) arrived on time, in three parcels and was left with my neighbours as I have a note to that effect on my door. One tiny niggle... the duvet cover has ties at the bottom, one was missing. I had fortunately bought an extra single duvet cover to make pillow cases as I have large German pillows so I had a spare tie to replace the missing one, so it was no problem but otherwise I would have had to send the stuff back. Apart from that I am delighted with my purchase and have ordered the quilted bedspread to match.
