I ordered a birthday present a week ago which was "in stock" and to be shipped "within 24 hours". A week later I finally get the despatch email to let me know it has only been shipped and that I must still wait a further 5 working days for the item to arrive!
I immediately phoned their customer services to find out what was going on and was told that it hadnt left their warehouse yet but will leave today and that I am going to wait a while as they used second class postage on this order. I asked them to please change the postage to first class so that it would arrive in time for this persons birthday to be told that they cant.
I find this lack of service incredible when lots of companies are going out of business but if that is the way they run things I expect their turn will come soon!
I will miss this persons birthday because of this and unfortunately I diddnt look up reviews of this poor company before making this order as I certainly wouldnt have given them any of my money!
I hope the saving on first class postage was worth this bad review which is undoubtebly going to tarnish your poor reputation further!
