I ordered a R/control helicopter and was informed by the salesman that there were 28 of these in stock, after 5 days and no helicopter I phoned to ask where it was and was told that there was no stock, I said that means all 28 were sold just minutes before I bought one and was told there had not been a stock of these since Christmas.
I therefore cancelled the order and was told the refund was put through.
After 4 days no refund was coming so I phoned again and was told the 'system had not been uprated' thats why the refund had not gone through but it was done now. After another 4 days it still had not been refunded so I phoned again and this time I asked for the supervisor to speak to me and the salesgirl said her boss was not in but gave me an e'mail address to contact her which I did. No response till following day and was told that it was a busy time for refunds just after Christmas! A different reason for no refund? Then after another 2 days the refund turned up in my account.
I will not be using this shop again.
