I placed my first order and as I required the item urgently paid extra for next day delivery. I received a confirmation email advising that my order had been accepted and would be despatched shortly.
The following day (the day I was expecting to receive the order) I received another email stating that I had items in my shopping basket which had not been ordered. As my order only contained one item I checked but there was nothing showing.
I emailed customer services and received an automated response.
Three days later I had still not received my order (which was required urgently as it was a gift) I emailed again and was informed (eventually) that due to an error by order had not been processed.
I subsequently cancelled the order and obtained a refund.
