Ken's yard are very quick to reply, are very helpful and update you on delivery and prices.
However, the consignment number quoted in their e-mail was incorrect which made it difficult for me to track the package through Nightfreight. Also, the Velux flashing kit box was damaged and a very small part of the contents slightly bent( but this did not really matter as most of the kit is under the tiles !!). The Nighfreight driver was happy for the delivery sheet to be marked "DAMAGED". However, none of this was Ken's yard fault and I would most certainly highly recommend them every time. Their customer service is exceptional !!
