Unfortunately the parcel containing the first order, for two waistcoats, a matching tie and matching bow tie, arrived opened and the blue bow tie was missing.
The second parcel arrived complete with the order for three waistcoats, and three ties, except that one of the three ties was a blue silk paisley and not a pink silk paisley, as requested.
A free postage label has been emailed, for printing, in order to return the wrong blue tie to sender. The correct pink tie is being sent out.
