I have now placed 3 seperate orders and 2 have arrived without problem and delighted with products, service and cost. However I ordered and paid for an item, cost £52, on 11 November and had to email on 12 December to ask when it would be delivered, the expected date had passed. I was told a few days later that Achica had been unable to source item and gave a full refund. However, this left to search for a Christmas present I thought I had organised well in advance. service good but communication a bit disappointing on this occasion.
