No confirmation of order by email, though money has long since gone from my bank account. I have checked on their website about my order status and see it hasnt yet been dispatched, although it said delivery would be between 7-14 days and it was ordered on the 8th Jan. I tried to email but all the links are dead on the website. Tried to phone but with no success either. I am obviously a little concerned at the lack of communication and the fact that there a massive amount of very bad reviews about this company. At the time I ordered my phone I was under the impression this was a Uk based company and then when I came across the truth via some bad reviews that this company was actually based in Hong Kong ! and did not have a good track record or reliable communication, I panicked and tried to cancel my debit card payment before it went through but unfortunately the bank cant do that, so I have had to leave it in the trustful hands of the universe that I will not have to endure painful endless months of chasing someone for the service they promised. I hope that I get some response from putting this on here and can at least find out what is happening with my order. Thanks.
