Excellent service, idiot proof and a seamless experience.

All in all, I would rate the service as excellent, although I would still give 4 stars out of 5, which will help you fill in the few minor gaps that are stopping it from being perfect.

The experience is seamless and smooth. It takes one through the process step by step, explaining things at each step. I was transferring money overseas for the first time and I was able to do it without having to refer to any guide or seek any kind of assistance.
The guided process was easy enough to follow.
