Lousy post delivery service for log cabin

Paid £4300 up front for a log cabin. Once pallets opened, two logs damaged, have waited more than two weeks before company send replacements, building instructions appear inadequate, many parts exist which are not included in the instructions and instructions as they are appear to make buildinbg a different size to plan which leaves me as customer wondering if I have built a sub frame to correct dimensions. Customer support is slow to respond and manger Mr Turner even slower, even when I get a promise he will call. When he replied he does not answer key questions asked. Website is littered with guff about quality of their customer service standards......don't beleive it. As to whther I have bought a good product or a lemon....the jury is still out as I have yet to hear from the company as to what the delivery date will be for replacement logs, yet to grapple with inadequate instructions and further support likjely to be needed as a result and yet to see the finished article. Pretty poor for an item costing £4300, roughly half the price of a new car!!


Goods come quickly and work!

Used the fumers with good results. Almost all flies were killed, although some exited sharply and one or two individuals made their way back in I suspect. SDigns are however that this treatement will work as long as we keep an eye on things. Planning to treat entrance spots with sprays periodically and repeat use of fumers if necessary.
Used two for the large loft space we have, a day apart.
