I guess if all goes well, everything is fine, but if you have a nightmare experience like me, well then it is a bit different.... They almost left me to sleep on the street, overcharged me and I didn't get some of the services I paid for. Their "customer care" offered their "apologies" which were hardly enough. When I requested a partial refund for what was not provided, they stopped to reply to my emails. The worst thing is that I can not sue them as they are in Italy and I am in the UK, well I can but it is not worth it.
People use a reputable home based company, if something goes wrong you will have consumer rights.
