No refund for postage even though I returned items within 7 days!

It was unclear on Boohoo's website that you only get your postage back if your order was faulty or wrong. If it had been clear I would never had purchased anything. I thought if you returned your items within 7 days you got your postage back but no they charge you £2.99 for receiving your order. I will not be buying from the website again.
