I ordered an item in November which was to be Christmas present - this never arrived and no communication was sent to me to let me know! Therefore my husband didn't get a Christmas present as I was left expecting it to arrive! Other items also arrived late. Regarding the item that never arrived - I had already paid upfront And had I not chased up this matter I am not sure I would ever have seen that money again. I think this is unacceptable and probably will think twice before using Achica again - sorry!
