I ordered on line and within 2 working days it arrived.
The delivery man went out of his way to ensure it was delivered.
I work full time and he organised it so it was there when I arrived home.
I made a mistake and ordered popcorn.
Last time had abit of problem but it was my fault.
Diet Chef at no charge immeditaly replaced the popcorn and again delivered with 2 days
