This company has the worst costumer support and returns center

They have the worst costumer support staff I have ever spoken to and they are incompetent. They "guarentee" that most orders will be shipped within 48 hours and I placed an order that went a week without being processed - absolutely ridiculous. They don't fill orders in a timely manner and on a previous order they sent me the wrong item and accused me of ordering incorrectly. They only have costumer support Monday-Friday from 8-5, meaning if you work a regular job they will be impossible to get ahold of. In addition, Supplement Warehouse will CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE THE ORDER IS PROCESSED!!!! This company is run by a bunch of disorganized teenagers running their parents business.

And then there's "Lowest Price Guarenteed!" until you calculate the cost of shipping. See Supplement Warehouse "discounts" their items so they appear cheaper and then reapplies these costs in the form of shipping! It's all a big marketing scam to make items appear cheaper than they really are.
