Thanks for the great rapid service. I ordered a Creenstone coat for my wife at 11-20 one morning and it arrived, free delivery, less than 24 hours later. It was exactly as seen on the internet and my wife was absolutely delighted - that's always a priority as she's not easily pleased. This is the second time we have used Jules B and Creenstone recently and have been impressed and very satisfied with the experience - thankyou - you obviously appreciate that Customer Service is a priority and there are others, both high street and internet, who could learn a very valuable lesson in why they are losing custom in this depressed market
