I love buying clothes from boohoo.com and do so regularly (at least once a month). They regularly add new clothing on (daily) and they are consistently good value and quality. I have never had to send an item back at all (sizing is accurate and clothes always as advertised.) The only thing that lets this company down is the terrible delivery service. Twice, out of all the orders I have made had arrived when advertised. I always pay extra for next day delivery (as I worry that paying slightly cheaper for standard,I think is supposed to take about 4 working days will never arrive). Boohoo is certainly consistently in its delivery in that is always late, and I'm stupid enough to expect improvement and for my items to arrive, as advertised and paid for. Have recently contacted customer services to advise them of this, so hopefully by doing so something changes? I understand it isn't always easy or possible to always deliver items consistently on time, but many o Ther companies seem to manage to do so. Sadly lets the shopping experience down, hence missing one star.
