poor quality, awful delivery and returns service

I ordered 6 items - took forever to arrive and involved co-ordinating with delivery depot to arrange date and time of delivery. When goods finally arrived, 2 of the items were cheap material and didnt fit properly and a 3rd had holes in the seams. Sent the goods back via the post office and my refund took a month to be credited back again. Wont be using again

Customer feedback is extremely important to us, and complaints or suggestions are always forwarded to the relevant department as we are continually working hard to provide the best possible products and services for our customers.

We advise that it can take up to 21 days for the returns process to be complete and the majority of our returns are processed much sooner, as we process our returned items as soon as they are received back at our warehouse.
