Could not deliver a parcel to themselves in the same depot!!!

I stupidly ordered an item from Amazon on a "One Day Delivery" service. We understand that the first day had bad weather conditions but the next 2 days the item has been returned to the depot claiming they could not gain access. The delivery address was my work address and the office closes 4.45 and both times Yodel tried to deliver at 7pm even though I told them after the first time the office hours. I am now having to go to the depot myself to collect the item 6 days after it was meant to be delivered.
