My goodness this Company are terrible, received an email at 16.10 today that they will be upgrading a site to a bonded service the tomorrow after being told I would reveive 3 days notice.. We have been asking for over a week regarding our configuration requiements as the current settings made the equipment not fit for purpose on the new hardware and all you get is someone will get back to you but they never did even after speaking with the account manager on Friday.
At late this afternoon after speaking with a Tech it can be all done on Monday, well that is what I have been promised.
No, the stress levels with these guys are to high, do not touch them.
