great thing to book over the internet before you go. Also did not realize how good a value and how helpful they can be. All staff were very willing to help however all staff not as knowledgeable as they should have been. Several times they would give you info but was not accurate especially in regard to times things were closing or directions on how to get there once of the bus. If I travel to london again i would not hesitate to use them again!
