Your products are great, but your customer service and time to get products out the door is awful. I payed $2 for my 10 day shipping and my products still are not here. I do not care if you are taking them as pre-orders. You guys are no-where near the online capacity of some other on-line stores, there fore you guys should have your products ready to go yesterday.
You guys have potential. Get your customer service together.
