I got a 50.00 gift card from my daughter to this company for Christmas. I bought 49.00 worth of wine and tried to check out. It said I had to purchase 5 more to check out. It cost me 72.00 more to check out. I received the order email and it said my order should arrive on the 8th of Jan. Here it is, the 23rd of Jan and still no order. I've called twice now and get a song and dance about the state of AZ only having one delivery driver for the entire state. Not my problem. This evening I got an email from the woman I talked to, Kristen, that stated:
I have heard back regarding when you can expect your delivery. Our carrier says he will be in your area the first week of February. Unfortunately, he refuses to give us an exact date.
Please, do let me know if I can ever do anything else for you.
Refuses to give an exact date? Really?
Don't buy from these people, customer service sucks at best and you will have a long wait, especially if you live in AZ, apparently.
I only hope I'm present when this guy delivers it!
I'll stick with buying from Albertsons.
