I recently left a review about this company a few days ago about my delivery taking nearly a month to deliver, since emailing worldstores (were i purchased from) they were blaming XDP and stating that my order was and always has been with them and that was why my delivery had not turned up yet, I have been waiting since the 4th January but since emailing XDP yesterday my delivery has turned up today! the problem was with worldstores for lying about when my delivery was put through (it was only put through last night! they said that they had sent it out for delivery on Wednesday 21st after much emailing to ask why it had not turned up) it has finally turned up! XDP were very helpful and emailed back straight away the same day where as worldstores takes a few days i am still waiting from Friday for a email back off them asking why they had lied about my delivery being sent out when it had clearly not been. Hopefully they will reply sooner then later. can not fault XDP up to now as they have done everything they were meant to do, took awhile but cannot blame them for that as it was not there fault. Can not comment on packaging as i am recently away but i have been told it has been delivered safely.
