I Ordered myself two cases of egg whites planning to make this a frequent order over 2013. On recieving my parcel with a few other items it was left the other side of my garden gate which was locked and should of needed a sign. The box corner was crushed and upon opening one case of egg whites were damaged. Obv this was the couriers fault and had just dropped it over the back gate without getting signature. The real problems came when informing bulk powderes of this and supplying with numerous pictures then replying with irately they wanted more pictures and secondly not believing me after more pictures they said they had a signature and in some ways calling me a liar, even though the signsture goven was spelt wrong, it took 3 phone calls and 3 emails before someone called me to tell me they would would replace the one box, customer services were rude and as a first time customer of over £70 worth of sups doesn't expect to be treated in this way.
