Great product, great price.
Recently bought our wedding invitations from Bride and Groom Direct. We're delighted with them and found the prices to be really competitive. My only gripe is they use yodel as their courier (Yodel is the worst in my experience). That aside when I did e-mail them about delivery problems they called me later that day so customer service is very good and of a level rarely seen in online retailers.

Yodel have got to be the worst delivery company and thats saying something because there's a lot of poor delivery companies out there. The online chat service is of no use as their operatives have little or no information to give you. Avoid at all costs. I've found royal mail to provide the best service,
