The drop off services and pick up service works well - at Gatwick you need to give them at least 20 minutes notice before you arrive to drop off and pick up your car. If not, you will have to drive round and round until they arrive.
When we returned our flight was delayed due to the snow conditions and it felt like we were held to randsom until we paid cash ( and they would only take a cash payment) for the late fee. They had already prepared the receipt, no VAT number was on the paperwork and when I said that if the charge was legitimate to please charge the card I paid on, I was told that I would not be getting the keys for my car. After a 3 hour delayed flight, it was great to have the car dropped of outside the terminal. I am still waiting for Air Parking Ltd to provide me with the VAT number and I'm not convinced that the late return fee didn't make it into someones pocket
