I ordered a toaster which was in the sale and there was only one left. The payment was taken from my account and then a few days later credited to my account but at no time was I emailed updating me. Since the item was reduced in the sale if I had been informed that they no longer had the item I may have been able to order with an alternative site. Due to Thurgo's lack of customer care I doubt I shall use their site again.
