I had been missing my favourite Yorkshire tea since moving out here. A friend handed me a card for £5 off my first order at expatsgrocery. What can I say? I placed my order expecting it to take a week to get here but two days later there was a knock at the door and I was signing for a huge package. Yorkshire tea, Cadbury, Hartleys Jam, they stock everything I miss from home!

This company are terrible:
1) Never received an order confirmation
2) Got told I hadn't paid enough, paid extra
3) Company harassed my employer by telephone.
4) Didn't hear anything for over 24 hours, when I logged in to their site my order had been cancelled!
5) Refusing to provide a refund for the order they never sent.
This company appears to be a con, stay well clear!

I purchased a dress through the asos marketplace, when it arrived it was two full sizes smaller than I had purchased. I asked for a full refund to return or a partial refund for alterations. I had hell getting a refund and after finally getting things resolved with a partial refund, a customer service representative said I was a thief and I had to pay back the refund immediately or return the dress at my own expense and ship it to China.
Terrible service, you should be ashamed!
