Quidco needs to lose the annual fee and have more teeth, enthusiasm and commitment when it comes to recovering loyal members' unpaid Cashback.
As for untracked purchases.. I notice that there is no longer a resolution option for this, simply a message stating the following: -
"If you have no click-through on your account for the retailer you are looking for, this means that you were unfortunately not logged in to your Quidco account on this occasion.
We’re sorry, but we can’t do anything to help you with this."
I actually log in to Quidco every morning and do not log out until the evening when I switch my PC off.
