And they have done it again. Called them. They gave me the wrong delivery driver's number. Then rudely told me that the number I had was correct. Then realised that I was right. Then said 'Sorry we don't know where your parcel is. We'll try to get it delivered on Monday.'
I hope to God they shut down and rot in hell!

Enquired with Frangrancedirect
Customer Services came back saying 'Read Terms and conditions' and check my local sorting office if parcel is there
I went to the local sorting office who claimed there was nothing in my name.
Updated Fragrancedirect and requested full refund
Customer Services came back saying ' Sure, refund will be issued 22nd Jan 2013 and to 'Read Terms and Conditions'
Waited and received part refund.
Enquired and Fragrance direct came back saying 'You didn't check local sorting office so we can't refund you in full. 'Read Terms and Conditions'
Are companies allowed to do this?
Avoid this rubbish company.
