Waste of time.
Placed an order with Mothercare for home delivery. CityLink scheduled to deliver 13th Feb. Wife took the day off work to wait in. CityLink arrived into our estate and just drove off. I immediately rang CityLink who just took my number and said they wouldn't be able to do anything today. Was told they would come the next day. Driver arrived the next day (another full day off work for the wife), however he only delivered 2 out 3 parcels with no idea where the 3rd was.
Where is the 3rd parcel...nobody knows....when will I get it...nobody knows.
Update...3rd parcel arrived at 3pm! Amusingly the citylink website said the consignment had been successfully delivered at 1:19pm...total waste of time.
