Geat customer service

I recently purchased a childs scooter helmet which ended up being to large. RAWK provided clear and easy to follow instrcutions on their website in regards to their return policy. I returned the helmet, I then received notification of the return and that a smaller size would be sent out, the replacement arrived the next day. While this all seems like a standard service I was impressed by the level of communication and speed of the replacement
