I have just bought an electro acoustic guitar from this company. I was looking for something cheap and cheerful really and the guitar is that and a bit more. Had a problem with first guitar that arrived as it had been damaged in transit and they sent a courier to collect it and it was replaced. Second guitar has just arrived and no damage this time. Packaging is good and I was suprised about the damage on the first one but it looked as if it had been dropped in transit. One phone call was all I needed to do to get the replacement guitar on its way to me. New guitar is really nice and has got a few friends I know wondering how they are such a good price. I have bought a guitar case from them before so it was not my first order with gear4music and that arrived no problem as well. I would say to anyone looking for music equipment check them out and see what they have they could suprise you.
