Rubbish service- never again

Avoid avoid avoid. I suggest you only order from this company if you don't want your order.

I made an order online on the 11/12/2012 and i tracked my order on the yodel website and they claim it was delivered on the 14/12/2012 to my neighbor. The signature strip just has a first name n a doggy signature. I've been trying to get my money back ever since.

This company and the courier company are just RUBBISH. Customer service??? What customer service.

I just tried to contact them and whist talking to the agent I was hung up on. Defiantly a WATCHDOG complaint.
