customer service appalling

Customer service was not acceptable even the manager was very rude and when I spoke to someone in the office about this I was told his superior would get back to me which never happened even tho I have had five calls trying to get me to buy more products and when I mentioned this and the fact my wardrobes where not finished correctly I wad told each time they would get someone to call me back this never happened
