I was a bit disapointed that items that were out of stock were allowed to be advertised as in stock. A phone call to ask if it was ok to send a different year of a product may not sound like a lot, but, as a customer i expect to get what ive paid for. No apology or complimentary gift was offered even though i had spent well in excess of £100. And since i doubt these reviews are even read i see very little point in writing it.
