Good material but...

Very nice seller, very nice guitar arrived in perfect condition
But specs not taken into account properly for my custom guitar...with no communications with the guitar company...
Living in Switzerland, I had to wait too long because of my adress that was somehow lost in the shipment process...I don't know how it is possible...
Overall I felt like a lack of seriousity in the purchase both from seller and guitar company. I guess I was an exception in these busy days...
