3000 rpm are always upfront with potential charges and text / phone before proceeding with the job. With my repair they explained in advance what the likely time for repair would be, and they delivered within that estimated time. I like the text notification updates they send out, and although they are a bigger and busier company then when I first started using them, they are still customer focused and friendly in their delivery. The staff never make you feel stupid when discussing technical problems, and I will continue to take my computer problems to them for all that.
