DPD UK

very disappointed.

specially took leave to be home to accept my parcel. i get an email from DPD saying i wasnt available to sign for the order at the address. no doorbell ring at all. i phone dpd to clarify. they report that the driver could not gain access through the barrier at the front entrance. first time i have heard such a thing. in my experience, no other delivery company has had trouble with that! obviously no delivery card was left in my flat as well. i am working for the next 14 days now and my neighbours are as well. i have no idea how im going to receive my parcel. i think it is very poor form and i am frustrated to say the least. i have had better dealings with DPD in the past. today was terribly disappointing.
