Honoured their offer and swift payment- I'm happy

This is the first time I'd sold books on line. I was concerned that it might be like mobile phone recycling sites where what they initially offer isn't necessarily what you are finally paid. However, I felt we were offered a fair price for our books, which is what we were paid and payment was in our account swiftly: I can't ask or more than that!


Lacked communication and slow delivery

I'm used to other Internet shopping sites delivering within a few days but it took a whole week for my shoes to be delivered. I had no email communication from rubbersole to confirm the order or give a delivery estimate. I emailed to find out what was going on but did not receive a reply. Return took 6 days to process from dropping off with Connect+. Again there weren't any email updates from Ruubersole. Not a good first experience and I'll stick to the sites I know and trust in future.

I have taken a closer look into your customer account. I do see that you had opted for our free delivery with Yodel, which we do state in our Terms and Conditions as 1-2 business days for preparation and a maximum of 6 business days to arrive from despatchy. If you needed your item more rapidly, you may have considered using our UPS Standard or UPS Express delivery services.

I do apologise that you did not receive any of our automated e-mails. As I have replied to several other Trustpilot users stating this in their reviews, we have been sending automated e-mails for order confirmation, however they are not being received by btinternet and hotmail users. I do see that your e-mail does fall into one of these categories. Do know that this information can be found in your customer account. If you have trouble signing in, let us know and we can help!

Your Collect+ return was only validated on the 18th January, 4 business days after the return request was created. If you had returned your parcel right away, then you may have considered contacting us at your earliest convenience by telephone with your tracking number and we would have been more than happy to update your customer account!
