I purchased a television from C&M. Unfortunately the set was faulty. I emailed them the day I received it to notify them about the fault. The next day I was called back and they organised pick up of the faulty set and a replacement for the following day.
Unfortunately the next set had a similar issue. Nothing to to with C&M, more a problem with the manufacturer. I called again and they have organised the same replacement turnaround.
No hassle, very polite, and unbelievably fast! Even had a chat with one of their tecchies who really knew his stuff and wasn't just quoting from manuals and the internet. Hoping the next set doesn't have the same issue, but can't stress enough that this is a manufacturer issue and not a problem with C&A.
