I have tried to get a parcel from MY PROTEIN since before Christmas, yet due to an IT issue that are too inept to fix yet, they keep putting an incomplete address down for me, so the courier cannot deliver it, yet instead of HERMES simply picking up the phone to get the full address, they just return it to My Protein. Obviously a simple way for them to just bill My Protein some more. However, a TERRIBLE way to treat the actual customer, me, as it means I still have yet to receive my parcel. I cannot even phone HERMES myself, as they do not issue phone numbers, probably due to too many complaints I would imagine! My review of MY PROTEIN is just as scathing!

I ordered on the 14th Dec. 2012, today is the 24th Jan. 2013, still no order!
They ignore your emails, because they are too busy dealing with earlier emails, so 4 days later they are still backlogged! Having telephoned them, I am informed that their warehouse computers are missing the first line of the delivery addresses on all orders, so they are being returned. They have attempted to deliver 3 times now, every time with my address missing the first line! They have had this issue for many weeks yet are too incompetent to fix it. (Incidentally I had to wait for 16 mins on hold before customer service answered!)
UPDATE TO REVIEW:
It has now had a FOURTH attempted delivery, and this time I was assured by the senior customer service agent that she would personally track the parcel, and ensure the correct address was put on the parcel, but of course, she didn't, and so it wasn't, and I still am waiting!
The delivery company, HERMES, of course haven't bothered, yet again, to even call My Protein for the full address, they simply return the parcel to them, presumably to get more money the next time. Another company that should be avoided at all costs, just see their reviews on here!
