Review removed.

I cannot see the point of a customer taking the time and effort to write a review, if it is removed.

I wrote a perfectly ok review about a company I had purchased a mattress from. The review was removed from Trust Pilot, despite the fact I had followed the terms and conditions.

My review was an honest an fair account of my experience. I became suspicious after noticing mostly on 4 or 5 star reviews were left. Another review below mine had also been removed.

I checked the review you wrote and it seems that the reason it has been removed is because you wrote a review about the product you bought instead of writing about the shop you bought it from.
