Misleading stock figures and terrible delivery time

I had to contact this company via email on numerous occasions after ordering my item on the 29/12/12. Firstly, my order was stuck on "order handling" for ages and after exchanging emails with them I told them that if the item wasn't dispatched by a certain date then I would be asking for a refund. Hey presto, it was dispatched that very day! I received the item on the 22/01/13, which is way longer than there 3-5 business days to ship the item and then a further 7-10 business to deliver. It's totally unacceptable for a company to be operating like this and I've never come across this problem before. Their customer service number (for the UK) just rings and rings and rings, hence why I ended up emailing them. Their responses were always polite and very apologetic, but the reasons they gave were very unbelievable and were repeated throughout the emails exchanged. They also fail to tell you that products are dispatched from Hong Kong, even though they have a base here in the UK. I will definitely NOT be ordering from them again. They're quick enough to take your money but not so quick in sending you your item(s)! You've been warned!!
