Absolutely shocking!!!!

I arranged for a return with a company and they told me that XDP would pick the parcel up. My partner took the day off work so we wouldn't miss them coming and they never came! Had to ring them and they gave me another date they would come...never came so today is the third time now we have been waiting for collection and my partners mum has sat here all day and guess what...no collection!! You are wasting our time and also my mother in laws time and causing a major inconvenience which is just not on. I'm now going to have to arrange for someone to be at my house for the 4th time which is just ridiculous!

Rebecca, I know the weather isnt a good enough reason for this inconvenience but it has caused issues in many areas, can you please email sales@xdp.co.uk with the details ie the collection postcode so it can be looked into and make sure the item is collected asap, thankyou Jennifer
