Not good

I actually phoned to check if the spares I was ordering were the correct ones. I was assured they were but when they arrived they didn't fit

i would never use this company again.

The website clearly states delivery in 3 working days the first delivery I ordered for a present and it arrived Monday not Friday so I missed giving the present at the right time. The shoes were not in an english size but an EU equivalent and too small so i had to re-order. This time I ordered on monday with a 3 day delivery so they would arrive by the end of Thursday I am now informed they will arrive on Monday so my son will be disappointed for a second time.
It is not made clear on the website the shoes are in EU sizes and are sent from outside the UK.

Thank you for your review. We do state in our terms and conditions that our UPS Standard is 1-2 business days for preparation and then a maximum of 3-5 business days from despatch to arrive, depending on your post code. You did contact us inquiring about your parcel delivery and we had replied to you the above information.

As we are half French/half British, our warehouse is currently located in France and all of selections are done with the EU sizes. You may have considered contacting our customer service if you have not already done so about the sizing and we would have been more than happy to take a look in our catalogue to better help you get you the size that you needed for the replacement item.
