Bought a bunch a flowers for my mother's 60th birthday, paid for them to be delivered to her at home. Was impressed that I could do same/next day delivery. After I had paid I reviewed my order and realised there was a spelling mistake, I rang customer services and the young lad I spoke to was incredibly helpful and amended my typo straight away!
I particularly found the opportunity to specify exact delivery times useful, as my mum comes home late from work.
Dad was able to ring florist when they were late delivering the flowers, the florist was very apologetic and efficient. Was able to tell Dad exactly where they were and how long they would be. Most of the issues during delivery where due to the snow and poor driving conditions and not down to bad service.
Mum absolutely loves her flowers! I would highly recommend the service and intend to use eFlorist again.
